About the activity
If there are only two of you playing, stand a short distance opposite each other. If there are several players, get everyone to stand in a circle. The aim of the game is to throw the Frisbee to each other, using your wrist to create flicking or flinging motion. Every time someone catches the Frisbee, all the players take one step back to make the distance between them bigger. See how far you can go!
