Player one picks a letter, for example, ‘c’. Player two must think of a word (like 'cauliflower') and say the next letter of the word ('a'). The next player must think of a word starting with 'ca', like catfish, and say, 't'.
Players must be thinking of a word before they say their letter. This ensures that people are not bluffing and that a real word actually exists. Throughout the game each player is likely to have to change their initial word. If a player is challenged and doesn't have a word, they're out. The last speller standing is the winner!
